Calm
Words for settling, for the moments when the day feels loud and your thoughts are running ahead of you.
“I can let this breath be slower than the last.”
Coming soon to Android
SelfTune is an Android app of ninety short affirmation sessions across nine themes, in two voices. Choose what you’d like to hear, then follow the words as they’re spoken, with a soft focus point guiding your attention. A personal listening ritual, whenever you want one.
I can let this breath be slower than the last.
There is nothing I need to fix right now.
I am here, and that is enough for this moment.
Each session is short and unhurried. Listen to the voice, read the timed captions, and follow a small point of light from side to side.
Showing Calm with the Heather label. The voices themselves are in the app.
Each theme holds its own set of sessions, with one free to start in every theme. Begin with whatever you need today, and come back to a different one tomorrow.
Words for settling, for the moments when the day feels loud and your thoughts are running ahead of you.
“I can let this breath be slower than the last.”
Steady lines about trusting your own voice, speaking up and taking up the space you’re in.
“I am allowed to take up space.”
Gentle reminders that your worth isn’t something you have to earn again every day.
“I am enough as I am, today.”
Plain, quiet words for gathering scattered attention before you begin something that matters to you.
“One thing at a time is enough.”
Words for carrying on after a setback, and for remembering what you’ve already come through.
“I have come through hard days before.”
Softer sessions for winding down, putting the day aside and letting the evening be slow.
“I can put the day down now.”
Reflective lines about money, value and what “enough” means to you. Supportive words, not financial advice.
“I can look at money with clear, calm eyes.”
Words about effort, progress and defining success on your own terms, one step at a time.
“Small steps still move me forward.”
Lines about presence and warmth, and the way you show up with the people around you.
“I bring warmth into the rooms I enter.”
Sample lines are written for this website to give a feel for each theme.
No account to create and nothing to set up. Open the app and listen.
Pick from nine themes, depending on what you’d like to hear right now.
Listen with Heather or Dan, whichever voice you prefer.
Captions follow the voice while the focus point moves from side to side. Read, listen, or simply follow the point.
Pause or stop a session whenever you choose. You decide when, and how often, to come back.
